  • About Us : Nearly a century ago, a trade was established in a very small and a remote agricultural area of Sindh called Thano Arab Khan. The trade was primarily for the nearby villages for commodities such pulses and grains. The most invigorating part of the trade cycle was the quality on which the primary trading was relying and the trade was spear-headed by his Excellency MR. Sessu Mal Manglani. Mr. Manglani never compromised on the quality that he delivered to his customers and also the quantity which was never to be questioned. The ethics of business and the honest policies and dealing methodology of Mr. Manglani made him a very household name and BALAJI COMMODITIESre given a very high prestige for carrying out the trade in such an ethical and honest manner. The services provided by Mr. Manglani were so stupendous that he gained undisputed respect and honor by the customers and also by the surrounded dealers. Mr. Manglani was soon assisted by his very immensely talented and an equally dynamic son who virtually took the trading to a sky rocketing hike. Needless to mention that he not only took care of the business, but actually gave wings to the business to reach phenomenal heights of success. Mr. Chandu Lal Manglani moved the business to District Dadu which proved to be very pivotal and worthy decision by him. It helped the business grew faster and even stronger in a very short span of time. Years later, Mr. Chandu Lal established a new office in Hyderabad city which was a stepping stone towards the diversification the business entered. From the Hyderabad point of trade Mr. Chandu Lal initiated the supply of excellent quality of beans, rice, spices and herbs. Mr. Chandu Lal, in the year 1990 was joined by Mr. Bharat Kumar which was the actual foundation stone of Balaji Commodities. The idea of Balaji Commodities was very unique and was very special owing the level of services and quality that was to be provided to the present customers and to lock in new customers based on their provision of high-end service quality. Mr. Bharat Kumar came into the limelight when he mastered in Commerce in the year 1993 from Sindh University Jamshoro with flying colors acquiring mammoth knowledge regarding his field of expertise. After the completion of his education in 1993, he started working for Jahania Industries, where he polished his skills and acquired more practical knowledge. In the year 1996, Mr. Bharat Kumar joined the oil industry and established a partnership business in the oil industry mainly dealing and trading in refined oil and edible ghee. With the same insight, a ghee factory was established by him to provide the customers with immaculate quality and matchless services. The company was established under the banner of KI Industries which released two different brands of edible ghee, Kohistan I and Kohistan II. Both the brands were released in the market and were accepted by the masses with the same zeal owing the promising quality and reliability of the product. In the same year, a cotton factory was also brought to daylight named Shahbaz Cotton Factory situated in Khipro Mirpurkhas. The philosophy behind the establishment of the cotton factory was the same as always, that is promising quality. By the year 1998, Mr. Bharat Kumar, using his practical experience and very tall subject expertise, established another office in Karachi named Akal International. The primary purpose to establish the office in the heart of the metropolitan of Pakistan was to take care of exports. The customer network of Akal International was spread in India, Sri-Lanka, UAE and Gulf. The exported commodities were highly appreciated by the Importers and the end users owing to the quality produced and exported by Akal International. By the advent of the 1999, Akal International became the pioneer in exports of the best quality of moong beans, a large variety of herbs, pulses, spices, rice and dry fruits to many international markets which is perpetual till date. In the year 2008, Balaji Commodities took birth. Balaji Commodities is considered to be fateful because the advent of Balaji Commodities is based on and backed by huge diversified experience having a unique blend of quality and reliability. Balaji Commodities became the local traders with a very wide network of customers which still grows geometrically. They trade in pulses, rice, spices and herbs throughout the Pakistan and have also spread their wings to cover beyond the international borders all around the globe.
