- About Us : Balaji super alloys Sub: Supply of carbon steel& alloy steel castings reg balaji super alloys very glad to inform you that we have started a new unit namely balaji super alloys for manufacture and supply of carbon steel& stainless steel casting in various material specification standards. Our factory is situated near karamadai on coimbatore ooty highway, the northern part of coimbatore city. We have installed near one on of 1000kg crucible induction furnaces with lab facilities. At present, we are capable of producing steel castings as per customers design and requirements in india as well as international standards in the weight ranges from few kg to 750 kgs a single piece. As we have already started for manufacturing, presently we are supply steel casting to the tune of 60 tones per month which we would like to increase gradually in the months of come. At present, we have planned to cater to the requirements of valve industries, earthmoving equipments, mining industry, sugar and cement plants, crusher spares, petrol products, general engineering components, etc. We enclose herewith our machinery list for your reference. Further, we are very glad to inform that we have also planned to install 3 tons induction melting Furnace soon.
