- About Us : More than hundred years ago when the fashion on refractory brick starts to extend among local bBELOKAMENSKIY REFRACTORY PLANTgeoisie, the refractory industry around Artemovsk area began its formation. The local capitalist, Deutschrussen, Mr. Frederick Petrovich Pirkush, decided to open his own enterprise. Therefore, he starts building of the future Belokamensk refractory plant in 1893 year. The place has been chosen successfully, the settlement Brjantsevka (nowadays the Soledar city) had all conditions necessary for building of the industrial enterprise: deposits of quartzite and refractory clay, presence of the railway and nearness of German settlements, which Mr. Pirkush takes as workers. In effort to produce quality products, Mr. Pirkush implement wonders of European engineering - gas furnace system of Mendgeym and builds a building chaser on grinding of quartzite. But with the lapse of time, was down with "fever" on refractories, the owner decides to leave this unfashionable thing, and ending equipment set, the company sold to the famous Joint-stock company of Dekonsk plants as a complete structure. During the Russian-Japanese war, because of the huge demand for arms and ammunition, the Government of the Russian Empire forced to work with private refractory factories, which gives to Belokamensk plant possibility to supply its products to military enterprises, such as: Lugansk ammunition factory, Moscow plant, Kiev Arsenal etc. During the First World War, the plant receives large government orders, beginning the scale building of furnaces system Yablonsky, the European innovation - diesel cars for milling press is placed in operation. Until October 1917 year, the plant produces up to 10 000 ton of products pear year. In 1926 year, the additional oven building system of Yablonsky with 8 periodic furnaces was constructed. Release of products increases in four and a half time. To the beginning of 1940 year the plant already output up to 28 500 ton of products pear year. In the military 1941 year, this figure rises up to 36 000 tons. After war, the factory grows: the capacity of furnaces increases, the friction press was established, new mixing - press is under construction etc. Thanks to it, the release of products reached up to 49 309 ton, as in 1980 year, release of products was 114 642 tons. Expanding the plant, the shop of corundum products, with maintenance of AL2O3 more than 98 % placed in operation and it is unique in Ukraine. In 1984 year, the enterprise output a number of silica-alumina products which are delivered for export: to Poland, Romania, Yugoslavia and India. In the 1990 year, Belokamensk plant is actively developing new technologies to improve the quality of products, which significantly expands the range of enterprise and provides an opportunity to work with neighbors and with foreign countries. To date, Belokamensk refractory plant is considered to be the most advanced in Ukraine. The priority directions of our company are innovations in the field of refractory, which conducted with research and design institutes. Such developments are actual in terms of increasing environmental requirements and widely used among enterprises of different industries. All our products are manufactured under controlled conditions and certified by the standards of ISO 9001:2009 Quality Management Systems. Our products are exported to many countries: Lithuania, Belarus, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Bulgaria, India, Macedonia, Nigeria etc.
