We are in the business for the last 23 years, and have a wide range of products that meet the requirements of end users in areas like building, architecture, transport, textile, electrical / electronics, general engineering and consumer durableindustries. The plant is equipped with a 1800 Tonne Wean United make and one 980 Tonne Year Chang Make, oil hydraulic extrusion presses and is capable of manufacturing solid sections up to 195 mm CCD and hollow sections up to 150 mm CCD. We are well equipped with facilities that ensure sophisticated anodising, powder coating and fabrication. Ouranodising plant isfrom ITALTECHNO, Italy, and is supported by an electro coloring unit where the shade ranges from champagne to black with light and dark bronze in between. Equipped with machinery from ITW Gema, Switzerland, the fully automated powder coating unit is geared to deliver high quality finish. Our fabrication unit for aluminium profiles is also equipped with CNC precision machines from Emmegi, Italy which ensure great results for angle cutting, sawing, drilling and counter sinking. Besides, we have many more operations--all under one roof. Nearly 90% of our supplies reach the direct consumer sector in India, and we have earned considerable goodwill for maintaining a consistent level of quality and quick delivery. Our quality system has also been approved by BVQI UK to ISO 9001-2000. Over the last 15 years, we have been exporting materials to many countries and are proud that our extrusions have been well received in the overseas market. Our efforts received a huge recognition when we were selected for the ' Outstanding Export Performance Award'during the years 1991 to 2003 by the Engineering Export Promotion Council, Southern Region, Ministry of Commerce, Govt.
