- About Us : Bien Seramik was established in 1994 innitially as Ercan Seramik. Bien Seramik is a trademark of the Ercan Group of Companies. The groups activities consists of; Mining ( 45% of the mining in Turkey ), Ceramic Tiling, TBIEN SERAMIK A.S.ism & Construction. Bien Seramik currently has a capacity of 15.000.000 sqmt, / annum ( wet fabrication process ), produced in two production sites; Bilecik & Bozuyuk. With its new investment on the production plant, planned to be installed and in production till end of 3rd quarter in 2009, there will be another 3.000.000 sqmt / annum capacity. With this capacity, Bien Seramik is considered one of the well known and respected producers and is within the 10 top producers in Turkey, with total sales exceeding USD 65.000.000. Within the production lines, we are able to produce; Floor Tiles ; 100x100 mm, 300x400 mm, 330x330 mm, 400x400 mm & 600x600 mm Wall ; 200x425 mm, 250x330 mm, 250x400 mm, 250x500 mm, 300x450 mm & 300x600 mm Listellos (including Listello on Net) ; Ranging from 30x250 mm to 180x575 mm Decors (including Waterjet); Ranging from 100x100 mm to 300x575 mm Glazed ; 300x425 mm, 300x575 mm, 330x330 mm, 425x425 mm & 575x575 mm Small Sized Tiles ; With the new machinery applied, we will also have the capability to produce upto; 300x1200 mm Wall Tiles and 600x600 mm Floor Tiles. Bien Seramic is doing production under ISO 9001-2000 Quality Assurance and TSE 14411 production standarts. Currently, appx. 55% of the total sales of Bien Seramik are being done to 5 continents and over 30 countries, including; U.S.A , Canada, UK, Israel, Greece, Sweden, ect. With our wide range of designs and highest quality production, we are sure to be providing the standarts required together with considerable cost saving prices and terms.
