Binjusaria Metal Box Co. Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in the year 1985 with the business objective of manufacturing and selling of M.S. Ingots and Re-rolled products. Through dynamic leadership, regular plant modernisation and innovations Binjusaria Metal Box Co. Pvt. Ltd. is today recognised as a leading and reliable supplier of high quality rebars with ISI standards across India. The company has its composite steel mill located at Gaganpahad, a suburb of Hyderabad. Binjusaria Metal Box Co. Pvt. Ltd. offers high quality TMT rebars across a range of diameters from 8 mm to 32 mm with ISI 1786 certificate. As a backward integration process, the company had installed 2 Medium Frequency Induction Furnaces of ABB make, having 3 MT & 4 MT production capacity per pBinjusaria Metal Box Co. Pvt. Ltd.ing, to ensure quality right from the raw material stage. The main raw materials used for the manufacturing of M.S. Ingots are Heavy Commercial Scrap, Sponge Iron, Cast Iron and Ferro Alloys. All of the sourced raw materials need to be first approved by our Quality Control Department. Molten Metal is checked and certified for Carbon percentage, strength and other parameters by the ***** department before being transferred to ingot moulds. A well equipped lab was started in the furnace section to monitor and ensure that the quality is not compromised at any stage. The Company procures blooms and billets of IS Standard from M/S. RIN Ltd (VSP), Visakhapatnam and Orissa Sponge Iron to feed the Wire Rod Mill, apart from the in-house production of ingots. The rolling mill has undergone a lot of automation and upgradation from the early stages, such as Automatic Billet / Ingot Oil fired reheating furnace instead of the old coal firing system, semi automatic rolling and finishing mechanisms with newly installed Gear Boxes. These modernisation activities have helped the company achieve optimum energy conservation, increased production of IS 1786 BT 500 grade TMT rebars, and most importantly, to maintain standards of Pollution Control as a social obligation. The present installed capacity of the plant is 24, 000 MT of TMT rebars per annum. All the raw materials as well as the finished products are tested as per IS specifications at our well equipped Chemical and Physical laboratories with modern & accurate equipments situated within the factory, before dispatch to various destinations. The Company is one of the premier producers and marketers of TMT steel products in India. Its products, trusted across the Country for their &acirc;€˜no-compromise&acirc;€™ quality and sustainability, have been used in the construction of numerous landmarks in South India. Having conquered South India, the Company has made successful inroads into markets as far away as Rajasthan in North & Kerala in South and its surroundings.
