Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil) 2. Oil & Gas Drilling Chemical 1. Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil) : Our products al following; Crude Palm Oil (CPO) - Crude palm oil which is extracted from fresh palm. It is used as raw material for the manufacture of refined palm oil / Bio Diesel and as ingredient in animal feed. CPO - A (Crude Palm Oil Grade A) Crude palm oil industrial grade for consumption and industrial grade for producing Bio Diesel. Based on standard control criteria, A grade crude palm oil is controlled by the chemical value of FFA (Free Fatty Acid) is not more than 5% of CPO volume per 1 unit and DOBI value of not less than 2.0 and the appearance of oil should be yellow to red and contain some viscosity. CPO - B (Crude Palm Oil Grade B) B grade crude palm oil is derived from steaming and the extracting the whole palm fruits and seeds. B grade crude palm oil is suitable for bio diesel production, feed industry. Based on standard of control criteria, CPO B grade is controlled by the chemical value of FFA (Free Fatty Acid) is not more than 8-10% of CPO volume per 1 unit and the M & I is not higher than 0.5% per CPO volume per 1 unit. The appearance is yellow to red and dark brown , depends on the manufacturing process of each manufacturer that will affect scorching or cleanliness prior to extraction process. Palm Acid Oil (PAO) - High acid crude palm oil. (Waste water oil, palm oil that is kept until the acid value advances) is a type of crude palm oil grade that can not be used in the food industry, Bio Diesel industry and feed industry. The products are mainly exported for using in the manufacture of soap (soap ship) and others. Refined Bleached Deodorized Palm Oil (RBDPO) - Moore palm oil or semi-refined palm oil or RPO palm oil, is a semi-refined oil that is derived from the refining CPO into and through the process of bleaching, deodorizing and the separation of acid that contains in CPO palm oil. The attribute of palm oil is that it has a layer of wax in the oil substance. This oil has the ability to withstand high heat at a long period of time. When it is used for deep fried food cooking, the fried food will be crispy because the wax is coated onto the surface of the food. RPO is popularly used in industries like fried food, snack food, instant noodle, sweetened condensed milk, ice cream and bio-diesel at the time that stearin palm wax is not sufficient. Palm Fatty Acid Distillate (PFAD ) - Palm Acid oil is a product that is derived from refinery and separation of CPO palm oil. It has a number of utilities in many applications such as Oleo chemical for production of stearic acid, soap making industry, Bio Diesel production industry and greases making industry. Refined Bleached Deodorized Olein (RBD-OL) - Edible oil or clear oil or Olein oil or ROL oil or purified oil that are derived from the separation of wax from purified oil to obtain the reaming part called Olein. It is used widely in food industry and household consumption and are delivered in various packaging type such as bottles, bags, 200 litres steel drum, bulk tank of 15 and 25 tons respectively. Refined Bleached Deodorized Stearin (RBD-ST) - Purified palm wax or stearin palm wax. The product is derived from separating semi-purified palm oil. The stearin Palm wax is widely used in many industries such as food industry, especially in bakery making, bakery shortening, non dairy cream, soap and wax. Stearin palm wax is also very important as raw material for Bio Diesel manufacturers. It is also used in feed industry. Hydrogenated Palm Stearin (Palm Wax) - Palm wax is a product that is derived from palm oil and palm wax through the process of Hydrogenation in changing the carbon structure to make the properties of the oil become solid in normal weather condition. This is the same process as making non dairy creamer but the product that comes out as palm wax is widely used in candle making industry, garments and clothes etc Refined Glycerin - 99.5% is derived from distillation to extract cleanliness and purity from palm oil until it is quite safe for human consumption and without any side-effects. The industries that are mainly used purified Glycerin are those in cosmetics group., clear liquid soap and bar soap group, food and car care products etc. Palm Kernel Shell - Palm Kernel Shell product is raw material used as alternative fuels that generate high energy per energy unit. Palm Kernel Shell is in need of industry sector that use Boiler as a generating energy unit in production. 2. Oil & Gas Drilling Chemical Purified Salt (Undry Refined Salts 97.5%) or Sodium Chloride (NaCl) : Purified salt can be used in various industries. Hydrated Lime 90% or Calcium Hydroxide (Ca(OH2)) : suitable for a wide range of applications including: the treatment of potable water, waste water and municipal sludge, as a chemical process additive; the stabilization of toxic waste for site remediation and various construction uses including soil stabilization and anti-stripping in asphalt mixes. Calcium Carbonate (CaCo3) : The main use of calcium carbonate is in the construction industry. and it can be used in various industries e.g. Health and dietary applications, Environmental applications and Agriculture application. Monoethylene glycol (MEG) : A key raw material in the manufacture of polyester for the textile industry and PET plastic for the plastic bottle and film industries. Diethylene glycol (DEG) and Triethylene glycol (TEG) : Additives of polyurethane, and both elastic and more rigid types foam, Also used in solvents production, as humectants, and as additives to increase the elasticity and durability of safety glasses. Oil Well Cement Class G : is used in the production and exploration of oil and gas onshore as well as deep water offshore and our product according to API standard (American Petroleum Institute) Cement Kiln Dust (CKD) : is created in the kiln during the production of cement clinker, used in the manufacture of bricks, mortar, cement, concrete, plasters, paving materials, and other construction application.</p>
