However, Bionomics International has shown that liquefaction plants can profitably and safely extract salable products from organic garbage, scrap tires, animal manure, sewage waste, industrial waste, and wood waste from any source including construction sites, logging operations, and sawdust. <br />These plants accelerate the process Mother Nature takes 2000 years to accomplish. Recent advances in the technology allow the separation time to be compressed to hours, instead of thousands of years, by use of high temperatures (300 degrees centigrade) and high pressure (600 psi). This process produces no organic emissions and no pollution. The process does produce marketable products from the waste, and the products are recovered and sold. <br /> <br />Each small (300 tons per day) MSW plant can recover 80-100 tons/day of salable commodities. The market for these commodities is so large that there is no danger of market saturation. Example: The market for plywood adhesive is 500,000 tons per year, plastic 350,000 tons per year and detergents 250,000 tons per year. Phenols and olefin s are required to manufacture these products. This plant produces these products at such a low cost that the danger is in selling them too cheaply and upsetting the marketplace. These value added products are in such demand that it is not necessary to reduce prices to create sales. The Research and Development Department of this plant will be continually developing new product applications to increase profitability and plans to work with various colleges and Universities to enhance new product development. <br /> <br />This waste recovery plant is very flexible and expandable. There is a one-time construction cost, guaranteeing that local waste disposal rates will remain the same. Each plant will create a minimum of 127+ jobs, dramatically increase the life of local landfills<br><br>
