- About Us : Birlesim Mining, belonging to Birlesim Group Of Companies, is active in mining area since 2006 under 8 mining licenses.Marble production started in Samsun-Havza region upon necessary official permits, market research and opening trial quarry sites in 2006. Another marble quarry site at the same qualification, received operation licence that will start production very soon. Two types of marble in light and dark colBIRLESIM MINING INDUSTRY COMMERCE.LTD.COs, named Angere Light and Angere Dark is being produced in this region and took place at the marble market. 5th step has been reached in the marble quarry and 10.000 m3 capacity achieved in year 2011. Depending on the productivity and market demands, our target for year 2012 is within the level of minimum 20.000 m3. Birlesim Mining is a young company targeting the upper levels of exportation in block Beige Marble and Conglomerate Marble. Our second operating, licensed region is Isparta Marble quarry, completed all official permits and aimed to produce minimum 7000 m3 for year 2012. In year 2010,parallel to increasing production, investments made for receiving more quarry areas and light colour conglomerate quarry area in Sivas / Yildizeli region and 4 ea Beige Marble areas were included into the company structure. These new areas in Isparta with their either colour or shipping advantages are foreseen to add revenue to the company. One of the quarries in Isparta under operation will produce Light Beige Marble for which our presentations and application research at local market is being carried out. It is aimed to deliver these products in the requested qualifications to foreign and local markets. Increasing the productions by adding new machinery and equipment to the existing areas is within our targets. Aiming to give weight to export and increasing economical contribution to our country takes place in year 2012 targets. Samples for block and plate marble have been forwarded to China, Taiwan, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Syria, Georgia, and Egypt. Additionally, our products have been demonstrated in Azerbaijan and Iraq and we have received considerable feed backs. Our offshore connections are continuous and new trends and technological developments on marble production are closely followed. With the encouragements of market conditions, investments, increasing the capacity and export figures are being continued. Our company, by entering into important projects in local market, parallel to the block marble exportation, is consolidating its position in the sector day after day.
