• About Us : BlueBell Ergonomics Pvt Ltd as a 100% subsidiary of BlueBell Ergonomics Pte Ltd, Singapore. BlueBell ergonomics pvt. ltd. have a fully functional Manufacturing facility in Pune, India from where we cater to our Indian requirements, along with some chairs which are imported from Taiwan and Malaysia. We have a good range of Executive/ Workstation and Cafetaria chairs which we deal in. As a company we have our focus only into designing and manufacturing good quality chairs. Our Chairs are ergonomically designed and the components used are 100% BIFMA certified. To give a few examples - Castors- These are tested for 125,000 cycles backward and forward with a static weight of 45 kgs to ensure strenth and quality Nylon Base - Tested for a load bearing capacity of 1250 kgs to ensure strenth and long life. Gas Lift - We use Class IV gaslift where everyone in the industry uses Class III gaslifts. These have been tested for 150,000 cycles up and down and have higher Cantilever load bearing capacity. Mechanisms - BIFMA tested to ensure comfort and longlife. Foam - We use PU molded foam with a density of 55-60 kg/m. This ensure longer life to the foam and higher resilence to ensure the shape is maintained over a period of time. Service - We provide after sales service for all our chairs. Apart from this we also conduct service camps every 6 months to ensure that all our performing well.All these components used in the chair ensure that the chairs are Ergonomically Comfortable as well as Safe for the user. We as a Company have complete focus to offer Undefined Comfort to the user with maintenance free Chairs. All our Chairs are backed with 1 year warranty. I would also like to bring to your notice that BlueBell Ergonomics Pvt Ltd has already planned to come up with a new State of Art Manufacturing Facility in Pune by the Next Year. It will be fully functional by the May 2012. The Intention to start with the new State of Art Manufacturing Facility is register our presence in the Top 5 Chair Manufacturing companies in India. The Factory will be build in a sprawling 40,000 SFT area. We intend to increase the manufacturing capacity to around 25,000 chairs per month, which would increase our existing manufacturing capacity by many folds. This would entail increasing the scale of operations and we will make additions of R&D and testing lab also in the same facility.We look at introducing the machinery inhouse for the Quality testing of components as per the BIFMA standards. We intend to create One of the Most Advanced State of Art Manufacturing Facility in India which would allow us to get a strong hold on the Indian as we as International Markets.
