The factory is equipped with a variety of wood processing and furniture manufacturing facilities, including log steaming, veneer peeling, radio frequency heating presses and steam heating presses, plywood production line, bent wood and solid wood furniture production lines. Boland is one of the very few bent wood producers in China that are able to process from logs/veneers to finished products, with curved plywood, common plywood, as well as solid wood. The most common wood materials we work with are birch, beech, oak, walnut and other hard wood.
