The Patent of Russia number 2219869, the patent of Ukraine number UA 42889.b) Invention of machine, where the method of casting of dental products with the use of gas dynamic impact is applied. The Patent of Russia number 2226996, the patent of Ukraine number UA 42890.The method can be divided into 4 phases:1. Casting in vacuum.2. Pouring in vacuum.3. Crystallization (argon vacuum).4. Degassing in vacuum. Advantages of the machine:1. Our model is quite cheap in production and has technical characteristics better than technical characteristics of the most models of casting machines presented at the world market. The cost price of the machine is very low. If automated assembly used, the cost price could be much reduced. The sale price is about 10 000 Euro.2. Quality of casting. Induction casting of metal, together with active hashing in rotating magnet field, guarantees positive results. The structure of the alloy is not changed. Using of vacuum during the casting does not allow components of the alloy, which are define the quality of the product, to burn down. 3. Lower cost price.3.1. There is no need of use of metal moulding boxes;3.2. There is a universality of use of any kind of dental alloys, refractory mixtures.3.3. The resource of the crucible which is used is more than 20 meltings. 4. Maximum use of metal during the process of melting.Influence of vacuum on a process of casting and pouring solves a problem of 100 % reuse of expensive metal during next recasting. 5. High quality of casting. The duration of casting of 100 grams of metal does not exceed 6 minutes.6. The built in system of cooling.12. Ecological safety.13. The machine works in semi automated regime. The automatic system controls the run of casting and pouring. The caster should only locate casting box and control the temperature of metal during the run of the casting.14. The unique feature of the machine is that just after the casting process has done the machine comes into a regime of degassing. It helps to do the degassing process during 2 or 3 minutes.
