Sodium CMC: 1800 MT/Annum <br /> <br />Salient Features of the Plant: <br /> <br />1. Plant is designed in such a way that dedicated equipments are used in the manufacturing of both MCC & CMC avoiding cross contaminations. <br /> <br />2. Plant is also designed to use minimum human contact during process avoiding microbial and other foreign particle contaminations. <br /> <br />3. Production is carried out in dust fee environment avoiding foreign matters do not enter the finished product. <br /> <br />4. Since the quality of MCC depends on the quality of Wood Pulp, Brahmar Cellulose Products (P) Ltd., procure rayon grade dissolving pulp world leader SAPPI, South Africa. <br /> <br />5. As regards the regulatory affairs are concerned, we have filed DMF with US FDA for both MCC & CMC and we have got numbers. Our plant is also WHO GMP Certified. <br /> <br />6. We also have an excellent quality control lab including microbiological laboratory to certify both RM & finished products. <br /> <br />7. Finished product is packed in clean room under controlled atmosphere. <br /> <br />8. We have also put up a most modern Effluent Treatment plant for ZERO Discharge with three stage RO plant & Two Stage Forced Evaporator. <br /> <br />9. Factory campus will be very neat and vast greenery is created to give good ambience. <br /> <br />We have branded our MCC as ?LFA PLUS? and CMC as ?RAHMALOSE?<br /> <br /><br><br>
