• About Us : COMPANY PROFILE ---------------------- Burak Caster & Wheels have decided to begin in-house manufacturing of casters in 2002.Until 2006, we have mainly made mass production of standard casters, which have high demand in the market, by giving required emphasize on quality in our production.Last five years, we also begin production of unique designed casters to fulfill the technical and esthetic demands of the market. We produce 5.000.000 units of casters annually at our production facility which is located in Dudullu Industrial Zone in Istanbul with 1200m2 closed area and with 25 personel. Our annual production capacity will increase with our new additional production facility which will have 1500m2 closed area located in Industrial Zone in Izmir City.Our aim is to continously improve our brand within domestic and foreign markets, with our high quality, innovative and uniqely designed products. CUSTOMER REQUESTS --------------------------- When we design a new product, we mainly focus on durability of our product in houses and offices for many years.Most of low priced products in the market have low quality raw and auxiliary material which will easily cause break down, deformation, corrosion in small town durations.So we give great emphasize on the quality of raw and auxiliry material, our manufacturing processes to supply durable products to our clients. Most of the furniture, table, chair, or stand producers complaint about low priced casters and legs with lower quality within the market, which will negatively effect the quality of the end products.Most of them are ready to spend more on casters to increase the quality of their end products.In our opinion if furniture, table, chair, stand producers prefer to use better quality casters and legs instead of low quality products with very little price differences, they will benefit much more in the long term which can lead to higher savings.
