• About Us : BYELKAMIT, former military plant producing antisubmarine torpedous, was converted into civil production. The history of Kazakhstan-American-Italian joint venture began in 1995 when the involvement of foreign capital (in the frames of Nun-Lugar program) helped the plant to purchase new equipment, to certify quality system and to reorganize the enterprise to a BYELKAMIT JSC JVstern model of business behavior.BYELKAMIT Quality System is certified according to ISO 9001 implemented by qualified managerial personnel and certified workers. Quality Control is provided by our testing laboratories that can conduct NDT examinations, mechanical tests, chemical analysis, etc. Quality Assurance is provided by acting manufacturing and document circulation procedures.BYELKAMIT Quality System allows us to certify our personnel according to various national and international standards (ASME, PNAE, Republic of Kazakhstan State Standards, etc.) for designing, welding, NDT control and other operations. Pressure vessel fabrication at BYELKAMIT is certified according to ASME standard (U and U2 stamps).BYELKAMIT possesses Kazakh state licenses for Pressure vessel design, manufacturing and exploitation, Pressure vessel and pipeline design and mounting, Lifting structure design, manufacturing and repair and Architecture, town planning and industrial building. BYELKAMIT produces a very wide range of oil and gas equipment, including: pressure vessels, cryogenic tanks, oil-gas separators, water cleaning filters, rectification columns, storage tanks, air cooled heat exchangers, tube & shell heat exchangers, steel structures, etc. We deliver our finished products to any convenient place on any delivery terms preferred by the customer.BYELKAMIT has repeatedly been recognized domestically for its leadership in establishing a model for industrial reform and development in Kazakhstan.
