Company owner, Roy Babineaux realized he had a great product. People were buying and enjoying the candy because of how good it was -- not just because it was part of a money making opportunity. In 1989 they expanded and developed a direct marketing program by selling varieties of fudges, pralines, coffees, dinner entrees and nut clusters. This quickly grew into a great success. Then in 1996 the Cajun Country Candies dealership program that you see today was launched.
