We have quality control at every stage of manufacture starting from the incoming of raw materials till shipment of finished goods. This is done under the supervision of well-qualified engineers and technicians with many years of experience. They produce Light Castings like Hydrant Valve Boxes, Surface Boxes, Lids, Curb Boxes, and Heavy Castings like Manhole Covers, Frames and Grates, Counter Weight, Step Iron, etc. and also Helical Coil Springs, Elastic Rail Clips etc. for railway use. We produce as per specifications of the buyer and generally in EN 124 (A-15, B-125, C-250, D-400) ASTM A48, BS 497, AASTHO M306, DIN etc in Grey Iron. The unit is accredited with ISO: 9001: 2000 certifications from the world renowned DNV Quality Registrar. Our product has been approved by world renowned Moody International on behalf of Development of Design & Construction, City of New York.
