Regular Supply Ability from Sustainable Resources We can supply frozen processed Sea Bream, Sea Bass and Rainbow Trout and their frozen fillets regularly, 12 months a year as these fish come from environmentally friendly aquaculture farms. Well Established Seafood Processing Company Callut Seafood is one of the well established frozen seafood processing companies in Turkey. Our factory, which is located near the Lake Beysehir, has 3000mt/year production capacity. We have also 1500 mt cold storage (-20C) facilities. We collect unprocessed fish from the aquaculture farms with our own refrigerated vehicles, total capacity of 75mt.
