Now we have earned lots of worldwide customers of the same creed, and kept improving ourselves. Before our general manager, Mr. Wu, established Chain Yeeh, he had worked at a Global Seal Company Taiwan branch for more than 15 years. We have our own tooling developing team to control the quality and delivery of our toolings. We never take ourselves as just only a manufacturer, instead, we also define ourselves as a designer. That means we have the ability to design parts for our customers, And can solve many design problem at very beginning. In addition, we also have our own formula of rubber material to offer best performance parts. We had experiences in two whole-plant deal with two ASEAN companies. That means we are sophisticated in any process of making rubber parts. ISO-9002 quality system has been introduced into our company since 1998. We soon got approved in Nov,1999 after re-defining our quality system into handbooks. Because our creed matches with ISO spirit, we have ran ISO system quite smoothly. To us, ISO-9002 is just a beginning point, we are now planning to gain ISO-9001(in process) and QS9000(underplanning).
