We have two factories, the weaving mill and the cutting plant. The weaving mill is the manufacture center of corduroy grey cloth. It possesses 18,000,000 yuan fixed assets, 3300 square meters manufacturing workshops, 300 sets speedy rapier looms which are made in Wuxi. There are 20 engineers and technicians among 150staffs. The cutting plant is the downstream processing base of corduroy grey cloth. It has 18,000,000yuan fixed assets, 132000square meters manufacturing workshop, 25 set imported fearnought machines, 2 sets collating cloth machines, 2set fabric dryers, 3sets gassing frames, etc. there are 150 staffs in our factory, among them, 20 engineers and technicians. We chiefly manufacture corduroy series: ordinarily corduroy, stretchy weft corduroy, stretchy warp corduroy. double thread resilience corduroy, pattern corduroy, T/C corduroy, pigment dyeing corduroy, R/C corduroy, printing corduroy, knot dyeing corduroy ,marking device corduroy, etc, Our products are mainly exported to Japan, the U.S. Korea and other countries and districts. Besides, we have a lot of efficient and capable documentary clerks. They go deep into the factory and master the first-hand material. We practice all-round and many-sided management.
