The owner was CIAC- Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, specialized in R&D and application of radiation chemistry anti-corrosion materials. It&#39;s the earliest supplier of heat shrinkable sleeve in China. <br/>2002, CIAC changed to a public listed company, named KINWA, Ph.D Liu Changhai acted as first CEO of Heat Shrinkable Sleeve branch company, (KINWA Huzhou). Ph.D Liu graduated from CIAC, he is the famous expert of Polymer and Radiation Chemical with experienced in R&D and manufacturer in heat shrinkable material field. <br/>2007, KINWA transfered anticorrosion branch to Ph.D Liu and his cooperators, CHERAY POLYMER CO. was fund by Ph.D team, continue specialized in heat shrinkable sleeve new products R&D and production in pipeline anticorrosion filed, CHERAY POLYMER quickly developed to prime approved vendor of PetroChina, SinoPec, and CNOOC, the third approved vendor of Iran Gas Engineering & Development Co.
