- About Us : China Light Industrial Corporation for Foreign Economic and Technical Co-operation (CLETC), founded in April 1983, is a wholly state-owned backbone enterprise for foreign economic and trade co-operation established with the approval of the State Council and a central enterprise under the direct supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. The company has three wholly-owned subsidiaries and six joint stock companies in China, and two sugar making companies controlled by it in the Republic of Mali in West Africa.
