Secondly , about the company, it was Established on Jan. 18th 1994, Chongqing Jili Yunfeng industry(group) co., ltd has currently a total stuffs of 2422, plant area of 124, 668m2 and production area of 35, 000m2, the total sales of last year is more than 142 million dollars. Our company has gone through four phases from the very beginning to now. 1994-1996 was the first phase, which was the period of production positioning and opportunity hunting. From 1997-2000 , it was the second phase, that steady growth in sales and enlarging in domestic market share. The third phase was from 2001-2006, which was the period of standardizing management.&Atilde;ƒ&Acirc;&pound;??Our company successfully obtained the ISO 9001 and TS 16949 quality management system certificate one at a time, improving the level of the management, enforcing the basis of getting product honor of Chongqing famous brand product. The fourth one is from 2007-2010, which is the period of management upgrading, and also successfully introduced PDM, ERP and advanced management system from Japan. Fourthly, about our products: Being through its growth of more than 10 years, our products can be roughly classified five series: General purpose starter series: including generator starter and flywheel, generator starter, snowplow starter, mower starter, spray painting starter. Motorcycle parts series: including parts of both motorcycle magneto and motorcycle starter. Electric parts: including accessories of both motorcycle and general purpose motor. Automobile series: the R&D of alternator and starter is underway, we are expected to be the qualified supplier of automobile field in the coming 2 years. Generator series: single & triple phase from 1 KW to 12.5 KW /50 hz-60hz The fifth one is about the quality control system, it has been improving steadily during the over 10 years of Jilis growth. we got ISO 9001 and TS 16949 quality management system certificate, CQC one at a time, to meet the demands of more countries and markets, other international certificates have been obtained accordingly, such as ROHS, CE, EMC for Europe, VDE for Germany, CSA for Canada, UL for USA. We pay much attention to not only the quality of the finished products, but also that of process management during theirs producing. we have quality control department as superior dept and each workshop has its direct upper level administrating dept to ensure that the quality of finished products can be qualified and guaranteed. Besides, after finishing the TS16949 standard trainings and put business process diagram analytical approach into identification of 38 business process. Established 70 process performance indicators, finished compilation, review, approval and release of the quality manuals and system documents, including 35 procedure documents, 93 operational documents and related records and forms, our company have successfully obtained TS16949 certificate at last. We have technicians of 223, including 13 postgraduates, 105 university graduates, 56 colleges graduates, 49 vocational graduates. All the technicians can use 2D&3D software very well. Jili has comprehensive testing room: durability testing bench, magnet inspection bench, high and low temperature testing room, vibration lab, freezing lab. Speaking of management during new products R&D, firstly, we will initiative a project according to the market analysis and clients requirements, then form a team, begin to design and compile the FMEA and CP, we also do SPC and MSA for crucial process.
