It establishes major components and parts production and assembly test lines for general gasoline engine, automobile and motorcycle engine crankcase, cylinder, arrester and wheel hub etc. We have strong capability for designing and producing tools and dies. The Company is also a professional in tool & mould and two-dimension & two-dimension design and manufacture with complete material analysis, three-dimensional diagnosis and X-ray defectoscope. Processing centers and over 300 processing equipments like numerical control honing machine, numerical control boring lathe and circular table milling machine are installed, adding the 22 die casting machines (180-1, 000 tons), which makes the annual aluminium alloy amount to more than 8, 000 tons. Our present annual production capacity for general gasoline engine product is 2.5 million sets. Major clients include TORO and GPP company.
