- About Us : Complementary Homes Pty Ltd was established in 1989 in nsw australia as a family business with a aim of forming relationships with clients that was second to none through 3 main goals honesty,integrity,and keeping our word no matter what the circumstances were.we believed that the criteria we set ourself would slowly get us recognized in the wider construction industry.we can honestly and proudly say that over nearly 20 years we have never advertised our services,all our clients have been word of mouth,and that makes us proud and content in the belief that we have met our goals and aims. we have recently since 2005 moved into the wholesale and distributionsector by importing goods to nsw for the building industry and for the owner builder specially but also for the builder or developers.we have deligently and methodically sourced out all the relevant factories that are needed to complete a building project after the initial lock-up stage.the products include but are not limited to:- Glass wool insulation batts- floor coverings (tiles,marble ,granite only)- custom made kitchens(plans organized in australia)- built in wardrobes(plans and designs organized in australia)- plumbing pc items(all fixtures must be picked)- electrical pc items(all fixtures must be picked)- blinds(all openings must be ready) - stainless steel balustrades/handrails(all adjoining structures completed)- feature glass(opening ready for measure)- outdoor furniture- interior furniture through this complete system and our comprehensive team ourseas(everyone 1 person is assigned 1 factory to deal with) we can on average save the client a 25% to 30% margin on their internal fixtures.a 30% deposit is needed when complementary homes and the client have entered into the contract,another 40% when shipping container/s leave their destination and the remaider 30% on inspection of materials.a comprehensive program is strictly followed and undertaken by complementary homes and we will leave no room for error before orders are placed with factories,we cannot detail all our procedures and work methods here but we hope you will have an idea of our services.our website is currently being in the process of getting updated and we hope it will be completed for the start of the new year.hope we can shop togerther in the near future.regardssales managerhass
