• About Us : In 1928 max schreiner founded the max schreiner KG. That time mattresses CT CONTINENTAL TICKING GMBHre made in work-shops by hand. He had the vision to industrialize the mattress production and to make business worldwide. He had to master the bad times before, whilest and after the world war II and could not follow his goals as planned. When the world war II was over he was already 70 years but he decided to built up his company again. In 1948 max schreiner's son siegfried joined his father in the business. In the years that followed siegfried schreiner helped carry out his father's vision to realize the industrialization of the mattress production and to get in touch with mattress producers worldwide. In 1959 the founder max schreiner died and unfortunately he could not live to see that his visions became realistic more and more. Siegfried schreiner was concentrated on expansion of the company. In the home town kevelaer he built up the first weaving mill and started with the manufacture of border and tape for the mattress industry. He was successful to increase the numbers of customers abroad and to deepen the worldwide business relations. In 1966 siegfried schreiner founded ct continental ticking. His never ending engagememt and great enthusiasm combined with the right feeling for future requirements in the bedding industry have been the basis for the continues growth of the business. In the seventies and eighties his 3 sons rudolf, klaus and george joined his father in the business. Over the years they were appointed managing directors and take an active hand in the work and the success of ct continental ticking. In 2003 siegfried schreiner passed away. Today george and klaus are running the company. The registrated logo "ct" is well-known in the bedding industry worldwide. The production plants are expanded enormously in the course of years and equipped with the modernest high tech machines. The delivery programme does include all articles and machines needed in the bedding industry. Due to the long experience and excellent knowledges ct continental ticking often was and is asked to be consultant in the building up of mattress factories. With its advice and support many projects are realized. Ct continental ticking can say with pride: "we are the right address for all questions concerning the bedding industry. "
