• About Us : VINIMAC = VIetNam Industrial MAchinery CompanyEstablished in 1966, VINIMAC CO supplied YANMAR agricultural machineries to farmers and marine Diesel engines to fishing boats from Kien Giang Province (South Vietnam) to Quang tri Province (Central Vietnam). The full name was Vietnam Industrial Machinery Company.At the time, VINIMAC was a private company in South Vietnam introducing Yanmar poCTY TNHH TM VIET DUC (VINIMAC)r tillers and 4-wheel tractors to farmers to mechanize and develop the local agriculture, as well as the fishery with Yanmar marine Diesel engines.In 1969, VINIMAC CO set up a Joint Venture company with Yanmar Diesel Engine Company of Japan named VINAPPRO CO, LTD (VIETNAM POWER PRODUCT MANUFACTURING COMPANY) with a factory located in Bien Hoa Industrial Zone 1 to produce Yanmar Diesel engines, power tillers, threshers and Rice Milling machines.In 1973, VINIMAC CO setup VADECO COMPANY (VIETNAM AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY) to distribute JOHN DEERE large 4-wheel tractors to farmers and natural rubber plantations in highland Ban Me Thuot, PLEIKU.Our 3 companies contributed well to the development of the agriculture and fishery of the country till 1975. After the Liberation Day in 1975, the Boards of Directors and Share Holders of the 3 above companies offered all their properties to the Government as their contribution to the development of the country after the war.In 1992, following the open-door policy of the country, Vietnam Government allowed the private sector to establish trading companies to produce commodities for local consumption and for export, VINIMAC CO was re-established to supply refrigeration equipment to seafood processing plants and cold storages.Guideline: - Select the good product to supply customers. - With competitive prices. - Make the effort to satisfy all customers.From the 1st quarter of 2007, the Export Department started the export of:- Agricultural machineries made by VINAPPRO and VIKYNO.- Component parts and- Other products to Central and South America and other markets.CAO VAN DUCManaging Directorand President of VINIMAC Company
