As present factory is turned with Three Shifts operation in 24 Hours with employed technicians with wide experience in production, maintenance and quality control. Cupid gives first priority to the quality100 percentage on line electronic testing facility provide the maximum warranty to eliminate the Pin-Holes. Cupid laboratory is fully equipped with latest instruments to control the system of analysis from incoming raw material to final dispatch of product. Lab has been provided with sophisticated apparatus like air inflation tester to check the bursting volume & pressure, tensile tester to check physical properties and water leakage tester to check the pin holes. Further Aging oven and seal integrity tester are also there to check appropriate tests at each stage during the production. Cupid offers the various types of condoms such as Plain, Dotted Colored with or without flavor and spermicidal under international known and accepted brand names such as Green- love, Big-dom and Hi-Life etc. which could be offered besides customers own brand. Cupid is manufacturing and successfully marketing condoms to Korea, Russia, South Africa, Australia, and 10 to 12 African countries, UK, Turkey, & Latin American countries including some institutional customers like Govt. of South Africa, UNFPA. Cupid has started supplies to Ministry of health, Govt. of India under for their family planning programme. Company has launched their Green Love brand premium condom in India. In this short span Cupid got SABS Mark certifications/ ISO 9001: 2000 certification/ CE mark certification / US FDA 510 K / and State FDA GMP .
