D & B work very closely with the Ministry of Defense and NATO forces for the disposal of Ex. Military vehicles, Plant and Equipment as and when it is replaced or removed from service. This role requires us to work with the MOD around the world including our previous operations in Iraq at the end of the conflict. Our facilities include on-site workshops, shot blasting and paint shops and over 150,000Sq Ft of modern undercover storage. We are one of the largest suppliers of surplus military vehicles and equipment worldwide to the construction and mining industries, utility companies, public and private sector companies. We offer the same specialized service to Government departments and International Aid Agencies, as those offered to the private landowner buyerOur export market covers all the aspects of the world and our shipping department are widely experienced in the handling of freight, documentation and customs formalities. Modern changes in customer demands have led to our team of experienced mechanics to become used to preparing vehicles and equipment to a high standard, inspecting and replacing parts where necessary prior to the vehicles transferring to the paintshops where they are repainted to the customers requirements. Special modifications as requested by the customer can also be catered for, e.g. Tipping Bodies, Box Bodies, Service and Lube Trucks, DROP's Bodies, Crane Trucks, Tanker Trucks etc. Our on-site facilities allow us to offer short lead times, even on the largest of orders. A complete after sales service can be offered, from the supply of service items for the vehicles through to a full spares back up.
