Changed the name of company to Daedong Industries Co., Ltd.1992~1997) In addition to the existing products, commenced production of steel strips with the materials of SK 3~5, SCM, SCP 1, 2, 3 AND BP to be supplied to the manufacturers of various parts.OCT, 1996) Sold 6,445m2 of factory site located at NamDong Industrial Complex together with factory building under construction with steel structure to pay off loan from bank.Jun. 1997) Sold steel cold rolling facilities including 2 unit of steel rolling machines, annealing furnace, 3 units of slitting machines to KOMERON Co., Ltd. on P&A basis. Whole employees engaged in this production lines were taken over to them together with the facilities. KOMERON has been operating their business separately at the part of our factory as an associated party cooperating in business with each other.
