• About Us : <br> <br>Taking&nbsp;&nbsp;this opportunity, Daejung Co.,Ltd pleased to introduce ourselves briefly, We are new comer in the synthetic rope industry, but with history longer than 33 years in manufacturing industrial nets other than fishing netting.&nbsp;&nbsp;We have handled various types of ropes and accummulated knowledges through rich experiences during netting operation. <br />Our rope division was established middle of last year and started supply to local heavy&nbsp;&nbsp; <br />industries including shipbuilding, power plant and large scale maritime related industries.&nbsp;&nbsp; <br /> <br />All production equipments are brand-new and of high efficiency machines.&nbsp;&nbsp;Our skilled labors&nbsp;&nbsp; <br />combined with high level techniques make us to be more competitive, despite late comer. <br /> <br />Many of the machines on order have been delivered to us, including 8-strand, 12-strand,&nbsp;&nbsp; <br />32-strand(for outer layer of double braid) machines and specially designed high tenacity PP <br />Dan line extruder.&nbsp;&nbsp; We are now able to meet diversified demand from overseas.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br />This is why we are approaching to you with great possibility. <br /> <br />Our PP dan line, called as Tuffdan in local market, is known as the yarn with highest tenacity <br />in Korea producing 8.5g/denier which is average 30% stronger than those from other sources. <br />This has been proven by official third party test institute.&nbsp;&nbsp; Accordingly there are advantages in <br />our Tuffdan rope and helps our customers to lower costs.&nbsp;&nbsp; If same strength, our rope is lighter, <br />which makes rope cost less expensive. <br /> <br />Besides, we are especially focusing on braided rope, making production processes as simple&nbsp;&nbsp; <br />as possible so that we can cut out unnecessary cost factors due to too wide range of products. <br />Thus, we could be more competitive and stand ahead of other competitors in the braided rope <br />segment. <br /> <br />This does not mean, however, that we are not competitive in twisted rope.&nbsp;&nbsp;Our associate <br />factories are specialized in making twisted rope, whose cost is more competitive than other&nbsp;&nbsp; <br />makers doing all.&nbsp;&nbsp; <br /><br><br>
