• About Us : DEC Contract Furniture company specialized in the manufacture of wood furniture and decoration, with a tradition of more than 40 years. We have developed and we live according to a philosophy focused on the service an expert advise towards the client, offering an integral quality that, by means of the dominion of the assembly techniques and high quality finishings, it transforms into guarantee of satisfaction and durability.We work exclusively dried and treated wood, mainly pine, cedar and mahogany, but we can work on order with any other wood, whenever is dried.We have capacity to work under given designs, at high or medium volumes, we are experts in the science of understanding, interpreting and adapting all type of planes and specifications for the manufacture of furniture or decoration of establishments.We count on a growing plant of 80 workers specialized in diverse areas, with capacity of expansion to 150 (we inaugurated our new plant on May 2006), among them cabinetmakers, painters, upholsterers and others, all of them closely directed by experts on each area, assuring the optimal quality and finishings on each production stage.We have the capacity to produce all the furniture items neede for a large hotel (600 rooms or more), including room sets, chairs and tables for restaurants, lobby furniture, among others. We only use solid wood (mostly Poplar, but we can use any other wood requested by the client), and solid wood panels (blockboard) with a variety of veneers, like Sanden, Oak, Ash, etc. We do not use any substitue of wood such as MDF, we only use solid wood panels (blockboard).
