They are constantly being trained in new techniques that improve the efficiency and the quality on the work that is being developed. Our modular production system offers the security of answering on quality and performance to our clients. Technical CharacteristicsActually we count on: - Three (3) T-shirt making modules, in 2 daily shifts, with a capacity up to 6. 000 units per month, 300. 000 units per month. - Three (3) polo shirt making modules, in 2 days shifts, with a capacity up to 3. 300 units-shift, 40. 000 units per month. - Three (3) fashion making modules, in 2 daily shifts, with a capacity up to 3. 300 units-shift, 40. 000 units per month. - Two electrical embroidering machines with 16 heads each and a stitch capacity up to 16. 8 millions per day. TEXTILE PLANTThe Company owns the operational and technical infrastructure necessary to satisfy the clients who wish to produce knitting clothes at a high quality. This is made through the textile plant located in its factory the machinery is managed by a team composed by people with a wide experience in the textile field. They are constantly leading the knitting performed in 32 circular knitting machines which form the textile production plant. Technical CharacteristicsWe own circular machinery for knitting in BODY SIZE with diameters that go from 16 to 36 inches in jersey knit with gauges from 16 to 36. In rib knit machines, we have 15, 16, 17, 20 and 30 inches of diameter. In pique knit we offer 25, 34, 37 and 43 inches of finished diameters with a finished thickness of 210 to 230 gr-m2. We also have 3 rectilinear machines gauge 12 to produce elastics, collars and rectilinear cuffs. There is another machine of interlock for 29 and 30 inches diameter. In total the plants capacity of production is 346 tons-month. DRY CLEANING AND FINISHED TEXTILESince our main is to provide an excellent service, the dry cleaning plant increased and modernized its machines with five Brazolli closed atmospheric dyeing machines and two MCHS Brazolli dyeing machines overflow version, for dry cleaning tubular processes in all the colour range. They have a dyeing per bacth capacity of 10 tons-day, 245 tons-month, for the development of colour samples; we count on a samples machine with 5 KG of capacity in our own laboratory. The finished stage consist an Albrecht hydroextractor with double fouard to apply softness by impregnation, with which we obtain excellent result. Then, the softness process is done in the Albrecht drying machine that consists on two drying stages which transport the fabric thought mats that allow an adequate reflexion to the fabric. This procedure guarantees products of an optimal quality, which has permitted us to obtain the license of Mattel Inc, to produce clothes with the brand Barbie and recently, the brand Hot Wheels.
