About Us : Established in 1983, started manufacturing by its 800 ton pressing machine, later with the new investments made in 1992 has reached a capacity of 7,800 tons/year with its three extrusion pressing machines consist of 800,1250 and 1600 tons together with a wide range of products in its new premises,12,000 m2, which 5,000 m2 is a closed area. DEMSAS METAL A.S. manufacturing all kinds of moulds within its premises, with a variety up to 2,500 pieces. The majority of the manufacured aluminium profiles are dyed in the electroststical powdered dying units with a capacity of 6,000 tons/year. We are servicing to the construction, automotive and industry sectors with its rich collection of moulds. Chopped profiles, front dressing series, heat isolated series, shower cabin series are manufactured for the construction sector and advertising profiles and industy profiles are manufactured for the indusry sector.
