- About Us : Using a novel synthetic approach, Denovo Biolabels has developed a new class of cyanine-based dyes with shielded chromogenic groups. These fluorophores (patent pending) combine excellent quantum yields with an extremely low aggregation and adsorption tendency. They are very photostable and little susceptible to changes of the chemical micro-environment. The low aggregation tendency greatly reduces internal quenching. Thus, very high label degrees can be realized without the usual loss of brightness. Currently, Denovo Biolabels provides customers with fluorescent dyes for three different wavelengths. All fluorophors are available with different functional groups to allow coupling with various kinds of biomolecules. Denovo Biolabels also offers pre-optimized conjugates with frequently used secondary antibodies and synthesizes customized bioconjugates.
