The Management has deliberately selected these Sanskrit words so as to proudly accentuate the presence of an Indian company to the World.DSPL has mining permits for Manganese, Bauxite, Diamond, Lead, Baryte, & Nickel in West Africa with business presence mainly at Ivory Coast, Senegal and Gabon. DSPL is currently engaged in mining activities of Manganese and Bauxite .The subsidiary companies that look after the African operations are Taurian Manganese & Ferro Alloy CI S.A. (Ivory Coast) DSPL is also in the process of vertically integrating its manganese operations by establishing a Ferro Alloy Plant at about 850 Kms. from Abidjan Port.DSPL currently employees over 200 people in India and over 300 people at various sites in Africa.
