Technologically manufacture will consist of 4 stages: - at the first stage kd timber from drying chambers acts through a gate on a detachable power-saw bench for reception of preparation of the necessary length. - at the second stage of preparation pass through multydisk machine tool for reception of boards of required section. - at the third stage of preparation pass through 7 heads quadrilateral machine for reception of profile of the required form and quality of a surface. Productivity of gubisch(germany)- 30 meters per one minute. - at the fourth stage a semifinished item cut on ends on desired length on the necessary corner on two face machine tools and one coordinate machine tool. Further received production is packed into a film, pulled together with a tape and placed on europallets for the further transportation to the customer. Heating of industrial shop independent by means of the diesel boiler and convector, device " cyclone " established by an input. Compressed air the equipment is provided with compressor station. Electrosubstations with the general capacity 500 kwt. Drying chambers, in volume 125 m3 in the quantity of two, produced by italian firm incomac equipped with the original technical equipment. Capacity:750 m3 sawn timber in a month at section 50?100 mm. Drying chambers concern to waterfreese type and represent convective electric dryers, circuled on refrigerating chambers in which the moisture is compulsorily condensed. In this case all heat practically lost-free, is used on heating of wood. Management is fully-automated. All process passes automatically. Hangar for storage of finished goods and semifinished items. A floor space:800 m2, the concreted floor, an auto-loader. Wood yard. The area of 2 000 m2. Volume of storage of saw-timbers up to 10000 m3. The platform is equipped with the specialized crane.
