We are presently milling hard red spring wheat, soft white wheat, corn, peas and spelt. We are working at bringing in more grains for flour. Our packaging sizes are 1lb. 2 lb. 5 lb. 10 lb. and we do 20 lb. pails as well. If you want any other size or would like flour in bulk quantity please call.
