<br/>- Designing Unit - Experienced designers sourcing new material, provide seasonal design on style based on latest tread. Provide sketches & sampling if required.

<br/>- Merchandising Unit - source ideal manufacturer, raw material. Prepare order sheet in details including style sketch, measurement table, accessories & labeling as well as packing instructions.
<br/>Follow up fit sample/counter sample of accessories/ lap dip/ pre-production sample.
<br/>
<br/>- Quality Control Unit - Follow up special quality requirement from buyer.
<br/> Arrange in-line inspection,final inspection after complete production .
<br/> Checking labeling & packing before shipment.
