Durafaces extensive product line includes a wide variety of basecutter blades, chopper blades, elevator floors, basecutter discs, rollers, cradles, gears and other spare parts for harvesters. Duraface has been working together with the Federal University of Sao Carlos to develop and introduce its new products into the market. The company was one of the first ever to make blades out of steel SAE9260 and was also a pioneer in launching hard faced products into the very competitive Brazilian market. In 2009, due to the rapid expansion of the Brazilian market and supported by the companys existing market penetration, a sister company (Duraparts Ltd.) was founded to supply the remaining range of spare parts (i.e. hydraulics, electrics, plastics) for sugarcane harvesters. With the new company on board the Duraface Group is now able to source and supply over 90% of all parts present in a sugarcane harvester.
