- About Us : Mr Lau, the founder of Eastern Dragon Restaurant(J) Sdn. Bhd. Has been in this line for 38 years. Starting from 12 years old, Mr. Lau works very hard to strike for success. After completing his secondary education, he works as a chef in a restaurant in Singapore and in order to perfect his cooking skill, he eastern dragon food industries sdn bhdnt to Hong Kong 2 years later. During his days in Hong Kong, he met three masters who had great influence to him. The first master taught him how to prepare grand feast, the second master imparted him the roasting skill, while the third master passed on the secret recipe of cooking noodles and porridge. After three and a half years of learning, Mr. Lau was hired by a renowned restaurant as a chef back in Singapore. Having 6 years experience as a chef, Mr. Lau decided to set up his own business. Therefore, he established a Hong Kong style roasted shop in Singapore. Due to his outstanding cooking, his business is booming day by day. Having 7 years of experience in running business, Mr. Lau decided to set up his business in Malaysia. In 1986, Eastern Dragon Restaurant(J) Sdn. Bhd. Was established in Johore Bahru, Johor. With Mr. Lau's years of cooking experience, his cooked dishes are very well-known for their taste, fragrant and color, as the served dishes are made from the top finest fresh selected quality materials. Eastern Dragon Restaurant(J) Sdn. Bhd. Has been established for 18 years and is well known by the public other than the taste, fragrant, color and is also well-known for their special sauce which is made according to his secret recipe. To share what he has gained from the cooking skill and in order to let everyone can cook like a chef, Mr Lau decided to promote the special sauce and branded his product the name CHEF KING. In the meantime of expanding the domain of catering, he is also moving his step toward the manufacturing sector(Eastern Dragon Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. ). Under the tight supervision, CHEF KING the sauces of Eastern Dragon Restaurant(J) Sdn. Bhd. Which is produced by Eastern Dragon Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. Has finally met the market on June 2004. More than 10 types of products were introduced to the public and are looking forward to recommend more products of different taste to the public in future.
