Acceptable, and unnegotiable, is only the official Saudi Aramco procedure. This is the only procedure delivering product both in primary and secondary market / contract. Till now 2 deals have took place, 1 in 2006, 1 in 2006 (we ve been working in this field since 2001-2005 under a different company structure / name. In this time we closed 3 deals) We are in position to offer up to 30 million bbls Per month for 12 moths with rolls and extensions abilitty up to 60 months.
