Ekstek XP is one of the biggest in its sector in Turkey with a monthly production capacity of 1000 dies at approximate sizes. This means the fastest and the most qualified aluminium extrusion diesOur companies were initially founded in 1988 and our sister company changed its name in 2002 to Ekstek XP and in 2007 we changed our name to EKSTRA so as to better describe ourselves in the 21st century. One critical thing has not changed We continue to offer our customers the best quality with consistent high standards. In our plants having an area of 3000 m2 plus 1500 m2, there are 17 CNC and Conventional Lathes with dimensions up to 2000x8000mm and 15 Milling Machines with dimensions up to 3000x2000x2000mm as well as 103 employees, including 16 technicians and 9 senior engineers. 85% of our employees are skilled workers. We have an annual processing capacity for 1000 tones of hot work tool steel.We have minimized human error through the use of C.N.C. machines and best 3D CAD CAM technology. Today we serve almost all of the best factories in Turkey producing via aluminum extrusion.
