Ltd. was established in 1990 and has been in service of automotive, whiteware and electro-industries with its activities in production of turned parts since 1994. ER MAKINA Trade and Industry Co.Ltd. customer portfolio contains international companies like Bosch, Siemens, Autoliv, Karcher, Arcelik, Wittur etc., which belong to the leading companies of their area. Our company has a direct export to foreign countries such as Germany, Italy, France and Israel of about 12% of its total annual turnover. (2004 figures) The production range of our company contains a variety of turned parts in different dimensions and various geometrical properties such as nuts, bolts, screws, pins, gas pipe connectors, rolls etc. which have been well-used in various automotive-and whiteware components, electronical devices and heating / cooling units since many years. Our computer aided production is mainly based on modern automatical turning technology consisting of single-spindle camshaft driven lathes, CNC turning lathes, revolvers and various back-operation machines. Our wide-ranged machinery park and our high-quality test equipments allow us to produce any kind of turned parts made of bar material, beginning from dia 2 mm up to dia 60 mm and also chuck parts up to dia 180 with a high level on precision. Thanks to the high competence and know-how of our trusty sub-suppliers we are able to offer our customers the most competitive prices and supply them with high-quality goods, which are the most important values in a continious collaboration. Since its establishment, our company has always been aware of growing requirements about quality in the developing co-supplier market and attempted to fulfill those in a best way. So, our company's comprehensive studies in quality management implementations were completed in 1996 and the same year the conformity of our quality management system with the international quality standards was certified via ISO 9002: 1994 certificate by RWTUV, which was updated in year 2003 on ISO 9001: 2000 certificate once again. We are planning to accomplish our preparations for ISO 16949 automotive quality management standards and ISO 14001 environmental protection systems standards until the end of 2008 and to be certified accordingly.
