Shetty and Mr. S.N. Shetty Who themselves have good experience in design and manufacturing practices of heat exchangers. They are supported by a team of design engineers, some of them specialized in CAD, towards heat exchanger design, estimation, procurement and drafting leading to manufacturing drawings. Apart from the above engineers, the firm has two specialist consultants, one in the area of heat transfer and the other in the area of welding technology. Eskay have a full fledged team of production, inspection and quality control engineers who are ably supported by skilled / unskilled labour force of about 50 members. Other manpower includes a highly motivated marketing team and personnel for other administrative functions like accounts.
