The area under cultivation now is Ten hectares and the acreage is constantly being expanded to cater for the ever growing demand. The Company has also been certified with GLOBAL GAP which are the European Union farming regulations. GLOBAL GAP standard is primarily designed to reassure consumers about how food is produced on the farm by minimizing detrimental environmental impacts of farming operations, reducing the use of chemical inputs and ensuring a responsible approach to worker health and safety as Evergreen Crops Limitedll as animal welfare. To enable the crops to be grown under the best growing conditions the farm treats its irrigation water with Reverse Osmosis giving the crops the purest conditions for growing. The farm is managed by several leading experts in crop growing and protection including a leading herbs consultant from Israel. The growing and post harvest are done under supervision of a team fully trained under the guidance of the Consultant.
