- About Us : Exotic Agro Pvt ltd, an 100% EOU Unit situated near, Whitefield, Bangalore are mainly involved in Processing of Gherkins and other Vegetables. The Products are Exported to US, Canada, Europe, Japan markets.ABOUT USThe processing unit of about 12500 Sq Ft and another 3000 sq ft with store, office facilities being constructed in 2.5 acres Plot. The Key Machines, like Washing, Grading, Inspections belt, drum filler & Forklift are installed to meet High Quality Standards. The gherkins are collected from fields are classified at Factory, area wise to maintain the Traceability. The fruits are graded with Rope Grader as per Dia of the fruits. After Grading the fruits are stored in cold room after classification. The fruits are culled out for defects, then washed in washing Machine & after final inspection on conveyor belt, packed in 240/260 litre HDMPE food grade Barrels. After charging Juice the barrels kept for Osmosis. PLANT & PROCESSEapl is growing the Gherkins in and around Chikkabalapur, Tumkur, Tipatur & , Davanagere Areas, Karnataka State through Contract Farming System by supplying Seeds, Fertilizers, Chemicals etc and controlled by Company's staff. Once osmosis is completed final excotic agro exports pvt ltdight adjustment is done as per customer specifications and analysed for Physical & Chemical parameters as per required specs. If all specs are found ok, then allowed for Shipment. All testing Equipments are provided to test all specs. 80 barrels are stuffed in 20 feet container by using forklift at factory itself then cont# is moved to port for shipment. Also products are tested for Microbiological, Heavy Metals, Pesticide residues, Swap are conduced regularly with external Laboratories & food Safety is taken care. The Company is certified for HACCP systems by SGS & Kosher Certificate by Orthodox Union, USA. QUALITY CONTROLL
