At this phase as said earlier from the gained experience and relationship in all the fields ranging from Designing to a Complete Machined Product we are capable of producing to any world class Standards and Specifications(ASTM, DIN, MIL, JS and BS Standards). In this juncture we have our factory situated 25 Km from the Airport which procures the materials from the Foundry or related source, machine them and after all level quality inspections by meeting the international customer standards are shipped to avoid any rejections at customer end which will be ensured accordingly. Specialized fields that we are related now: We are well experienced in the field of Ferrous and Non Ferrous Foundry Products, Tool and Pattern Designing including Methoding, Power Forging, Closed Forging, Hot and Cold Forging, Fabrication Structural work, Press Tool Components, Various kind of Springs, Rubber and Plastic Components, all Kinds of Gears and Valve Components of all kinds and Specifications. AUTOMOBILE COMPONENTS: Automobile Housings, Brake Drums, Carriers and Brackets, Cylinders and other Automobile Components in Cast Iron, S G Iron, Steel and Stainless Steel. The Weight of a single Casting will differ from 0.5 Kg to 200 Kg. In Non Ferrous we can do High Pressure Die Casting, Low Pressure Die Casting, Gravity Die Casting( Permanent Mould Casting ), Sand Casting and Shell Casting Processes. Forgings: In Forging we can do Hot, Cold, Closed and Power Forging form 0.50 Kg to 70.0 Kg. GEARS: In Gears we can do Helical, Spur, Internal and Bevel Gears from 50mm Diameter to 300mm Diameter with higher Accuracy as well as with Broaching. Other Special Sources that are available is listed below: We have facility to inspect the Tools as well as the Components in CMM to achieve the highest level of accuracy during Sampling and Serial Productions. We have our own Pattern Shop out of which we produce Aluminum and Wooden Patterns as well as Gravity Die Tools. We have many reliable sources to make CNC Patterns and Die Tools by using 3-D Modeling. Since this a newly started company we have planned to go for the ISO certification during the next half yearly of this finance year. Even before this we have adopted all the related procedures and Documentations as per ISO even now itself.
