Our expertise, your benefitWe produce complex machined parts made of titanium, stainless steel and any non-ferrous metal, from diameter 1 to 16 mm and 200 mm length; e.g. for dental technology or orthopaedics. The parts are used by our customers for implants and instruments. Right from the earliest development phase, our partners count on our extensive knowledge of Swiss-type machining. Prototype and serial production, starting with small batch sizes, as well as surface treatment and packing, round off our supply chain. Technology We work with various automated Swiss type CNC lathes with up to 13 axes, 40 optional tools, three synchronous controlled tool systems, revolver and linear guide with Y axis. These lathes allow us a high degree of flexibility in manufacturing the most complicated of parts. Standard of qualityThe entire company is certified according to the ISO standards 9001:2008 and 13485:2003. We put the applicable standards into practice every day and, with a well-established test centre for quality, we are committed to a zero-error policy.
