Although the output went up to around 2, 000, 000 pieces each year, the quality of the pail went down a lot. This is not means we have problems with our production. It is due to lake of management and heavy competition. Our factory was hustle into this downside demand market, which customers only consider about prices. Now we can claim that we can produce the cheapest pails in China. Now Mr. Hua carries on our company and has the ambition to expand the market share. At present, our company covers around 6, 000 square meters. At June of this year, our company will move into a new place, covering 20, 000 square meters. For the management of our company, we are not as efficient as many well structured companies, but all of the necessary changing is in progress.
